It holds up to 15 bottles. The rings have no fixed rows, so you can place bottles wherever they fit best, with extra items on the top shelf.

What is it made of, and how do I clean it?

The frame is black metal tubing (0.6 x 0.6 inch) and the rimmed top has a water- and scratch-resistant surface. Wipe both with a soft, damp cloth and dry.

Will it wobble on an uneven floor?

The feet are adjustable, so you can level the stand on slightly uneven floors.
