How much is shipping?
Free on every order to the contiguous United States.

When will my order arrive?
Each product page shows a delivery estimate: "Ships from US" items usually arrive in 3–7 business days, "Standard" in 6–12, and "Imported" in 10–16. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship directly from our partner warehouses, many of them in the US. Some items ship from overseas partners by tracked express post. Each product page says where the item ships from and shows its delivery estimate, so you always know before you order.

Can I return something?
Most items, yes: within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Items marked "Final sale" on the product page, personalized items and gift cards can't be returned. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Do solar and battery lights need batteries or wiring?
Solar lights charge in daylight and turn on automatically at dusk. No wiring needed. Battery lights list the battery type on the product page, including whether batteries are included.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We ship only to the contiguous United States.
